Cancellation Policy

A deposit is required for each appointment. The deposit amount goes toward the service. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. Your appointment is very important at the Cosmo Crush Studio. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore we respectfully request 24 hours notice for cancellations. STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 hour cancellation policy. -Less than 24 hours will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. -“No Shows” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
